This casual reception will take place on the 27th floor overlooking the city of Atlanta. Plan your flights to arrive in time to join for some food, fun, and reconnecting with friends!

Forget the black tie, it’s no formal affair. Just come as you are for that casual flair. We’ll drink and laugh as we all reminisce, It’s a gathering for a friend that will surely be missed.

The day begins with a jam-packed general session. Josh D’Agostino, Mighty’s President & CEO will speak about the state of Mighty then turn it over to our presenters for some important department updates and overviews of the breakouts for the day.

Each of the four breakouts is 75 minutes in duration and you’ll be automatically signed for each one. See the descriptions below.

Advancements in technology continue to accelerate the evolution of the automotive service industry. These advancements are creating new opportunities for servicing your current customers and, more importantly, new customers. Attending this workshop will provide you with a closer look at product opportunities surrounding EVs. The session also covers Mighty’s vehicle appearance products which will enhance your knowledge and ability to sell the program. Additional topics include a discussion on medium and heavy-duty vehicle products, as well as the introduction of new products.

Are you buying from the right vendors in the right quantities at the right time? Are you maximizing your tiered pricing, discounts, and rebates while managing profitable inventory turns? Carmen Strickland and Matt Rollins will walk through the best reports and the new buying guide to help identify opportunities to squeeze out more margin and profits. They will also review special terms, part exceptions, and other areas that may be leaking profits.

Since March 2020, prospecting for new business has taken a back seat to managing current customers and supply chain challenges. Competition is roaring back with aggressive pricing and incentives making it critical to focus on adding new business. Matt Shaw and Chris Adams will discuss the four foundations of successful business development:

1. Who to hire
2. Compensation
3. Accountability
4. Culture

They will also take a deep dive into attack plans for Car Dealerships and Fleets, our fastest growing segments.

Are you getting all of your incentive dollars annually? Join us for a 0 to 60 overview of rebates and incentives from FRANAD to Product royalties and a deep dive into all the programs Mighty has to offer. Mike Hinderleider will be announcing a great new program in lubricants for all your high speed needs. Are you taking advantage of all the money, rebates and incentives Mighty has to offer or are you leaving it on the table? Note: Time has been set aside toward the end of this breakout for the Marketing team to take new or updated headshots of each participant. Mighty-branded apparel preferred. 

Tech talks, data discussions, computer conversations, IT ideas… It’s all happening during the “Tech Talk” session at the 2023 Mighty Business Meeting. This session will focus on five key technology tools in the Mighty arsenal. MIC, Phocas, M-PACT, ProfitWatch, and Nexpart. Each topic will be introduced by subject matter experts to start the ideas flowing. Then, attendees will join round-table discussions to share wins, challenges, unique ideas and experiences involving the Mighty technology tools.

Later that evening, we’ll see everyone in the ballroom for our farewell dinner, Awards presentation, and immediately following, our 60th Anniversary Celebration!
