Mighty Distributing System of America reserves the right to personally inspect or have a responsible party of our choice inspect any vehicle before any decisions regarding any claims will be made. Vehicles that have been tampered with, or repaired without prior authorization from Mighty, may result in not honoring the claim. A statement from a qualified mechanic or repair implication must be provided in writing and signed by the mechanic with a detailed explanation of the findings. Claims for improved fuel mileage are excluded. Mighty’s VS7 fuel products are formulated to help maintain a vehicle at its optimum performance level.
